This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Halie Jean Aesthetics through our website at haliejeanaesthetics.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.

Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. All prices are subject to change without notice.

We understand that schedules sometimes change. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations are subjected to a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours. 

All services rendered at Halie Jean Aesthetics are non-refundable. Once a service has been provided, no refund will be issued.
